I don't know who needs to hear this, but TAKE YOUR UV FILTER off your camera when shooting aurora! See those concentric circles in the middle?? Lost the first 25% of my images because of this! Finally figured it out, took off the filter, and the circles vanished.

Crazy fun day of storm chasing in the San Joaquin Valley. CAMs handled the setup nicely, which made for a fairly easy day. Even though the forecast verified, I still found myself in shock at the beauty and strength of the storm as it tracked across the valley.
