@PhilipsNL I recently bought products from your website which have not arrived. UPS tells me to contact you because the shipping is missing my contact information. Can you please assist? I cannot find any phone number or email address in your website!

@AskDyson problem is, I do not own a car and had to rent one to drive to the maintenance shop and now need to do that again to pick up the broken device. You are not making me a happy customer at all with this… also, the chat support is unavailable even though it’s working hours

@AskDyson I am very disappointed with your customer service. I bought a purifier/humidifier which stopped working suddenly. Warranty repair service checked it and says they do not have the replacement parts, so now they’re shipping it back to me to be exchanged +
