I sometimes wish I documented the earlier days working on 'the smaller' companies. It's the experiences in the smaller endeavors that prepare you for the big ones—it's what's led me to think how to sell a 'shovel' instead of being the 'the soil'.

This would have been nearly impossible without centralizing your supply-chain (shipping where you produce). This in combination with favorable payment terms is where it’s at people.
Our new brand from 0 to 100K orders in 6 months with MoM growth. With everything we have in the pipeline and the infrastructure + blueprint we are running it on ... I have a feeling this one will be gold within a year. Getting back to this tweet in a year from now.
