It’s my 20yr #Diaversary today. A time for me to reflect and be thankful for the wonderful #T1D community, friendships, our brilliant @NHS, work of orgs like @BT1DUK and the transformational impact of treatments and technologies 🙌🏼 To think 20 years ago that I’d have interoperable devices automating insulin delivery is 🤯 – such a shift to only “there and then” glucose data, with no directional knowledge, this would’ve all seemed a dream. Yet for millions, even insulin isn’t guaranteed - a poignant reminder 💙 #GBDoc @GBDocInfo #NIDoc #Type1Diabetes
