obviously the prop is inconsequential as that will simply evaporate into oblivion. But it seems odd to have an instantaneous dump without having an... event (im not an alarmist on space debris, but would prefer it if none existed) Has there been any statement from BO because I thought this blue ring was supposed to be a telecom hub of sorts and should know if there's still contact. news on this is dodgy

@jonflombee @wendyp4545 @elonmusk ron paul is such a delight, even in his advanced age. I really hope he gets to live long enough to enjoy it for a while. was following him intensely in 2008

My first statement is obviously facetious. Seems like the perigee is still pretty high at 2430.6 km... that's ballpark of 100s-1000s years to decay. I agree that the second stage got them there, but im not sure what would have, within their payload, had so much prop to dissipate to be as visible as it was. Is it not possible it was... intercepted by weaponry?

@TeslaPartsGuy Can you have them always recording - even if it's a power draw? or is it just motion activated

@brian_henderson @DJSnM pretty disappointing first orbital insertion of 67 bits of debris. maybe next time they wont mess up.

@SgtSchrodinger @shell_jim You can hardly call it a "nothingburger". I agree the prop is self eliminating, but all the solids are there effectively forever. just more crap to keep an eye on. hopefully it's not real.

Well, he sounds very driven to overcome and succeed, which is a fantastic trait - you must be very proud. Personally, I am not against working from home, but I can appreciate how it can be abused and have seen it first hand - and I still work from home over 50% of my time as it is convenient for me to help my wife who has some spinal issues and somedays her mobility is problematic. Thanks for sharing and I wish him the best of luck in the future

ok. I hope this does not offend, but what sort of job can a quadriplegic engage in? digital work through some sort of high tech interface? (I just saw your reply thanks) I agree. it is a terrible shame that someone who is able to work, but is tragically disabled and needs assistance for the basics of life we take for granted (16hrs min u mentioned) that no consideration is given.

@Tekmom469 @zillennialelder @elonmusk she probably needs more followers to make a go of that... I try to engage with people who might have ideas that I don't - unfortunately it seems to rarely work
