@JessC_ca Highly recommend a knee bike. Worked wonders for me and then I used crutches for shorter distances and it was easier to focus on good technique to protect back and shoulders. Heal fast 🙏🏻

Fab to see the 1st live @dancingonice show yesterday but hard to watch the opening number & see where I should’ve been amongst the cast! Ankle healing well & after 3 days of physio I’m out the boot walking short distances on my own! Learning to walk again takes concentration!!

@CyclingLawyers @WalkRideGM @stocksyatlarge @ManCityCouncil @TraffordCouncil Couldn’t agree more. Old habits die hard in the UK it would seem. And I’ve been making the point about pressures on the health service too. Right now the waiting list for fracture surgery is eye watering which in itself adds to the pressures when complications arise.

Hi @CECHighways is there webpage that can tell us which roads are gritted because today around Macclesfield there was more ice than not & this was on routes to the town centre & hospital. With temperatures not due to get above freezing until Saturday would be good to plan.
Please take care if you are travelling today. Even though our teams were out gritting last night, there's still some icy patches across @CheshireEast Please travel with caution, especially on untreated roads and footpaths. Stopping distances will be much longer 🚗 More below👇
