Here's mine: 1) Row 2nd leg of Caribbean from Turks to Miami (550 miles) 2) 6 marathons with my Mom (Mom & Son 50 state marathon challenge / we are at #31) 3) Grand Traverse (ski from Crested Butte to Aspen) 4) HYROX under 1:15 (Atlanta!)
I love physical challenges. They require discipline. Sometimes they are miserable in the moment, but the reward is always worth it. Sharing my 2025 list here in case anyone wants to join me for any of them. They are broad and random by design. Keeps it interesting and makes completing the whole list a bit harder. 1. sub 2:30 olympic distance triathlon 2. sub 1:45 half marathon 3. sub 1:15 hyrox 4. 225lb benchpress (5 clean reps) 5. 350lb squat (5 clean reps) 6. 425lb deadlift (5 clean reps) 7. tennis rating > 4.0 8. golf handicap < 10 9. surf> 10 foot wave 10. ski > 15 foot cliff 11. RHR < 43 12. VO2 max> 52 13. 10 3-pointers in a row (basketball) What else should I add? Sharing for social accountability. Will post updates as they get completed.

I’m here for this cult tho! ☀️ 🏊 🌴🐄 🧗♂️🐬
Appreciate your intention but I believe your execution is off. I'd rather go outside in nature to surf, be in the sun, climb mountains, and have adventures exploring this beautiful planet. I'd rather eat grass-fed meat full of nutrients that support longevity and sex-hormone production. I'd rather not take 110 pills per day, opting for locally grown, organic food and eating enough calories per day to support healthy thyroid function and creation of testosterone by my own body. You're welcome to come to Costa Rica to surf, be in the sun, swim in rivers or with dolphins in the ocean anytime, as is everyone reading this. We don't need a cult, we're just living like happy humans.

🏔️ All Day Pace Weekender Series 🏔️ A couple weeks ago, I put together a guided backcountry hut-to-hut ski trip following the Grand Traverse route from Crested Butte to Aspen. It was up there with the hardest few days I’ve encountered. Breaking trail in knee-deep snow, -20 temps, climbing over mountains and avalanche terrain, 10-12 hour days, wayfinding in the darkness. It was an epic adventure and this one certainly elevated my thinking of what’s possible and how much further I can push my limits — exactly the essence of what I’m creating with what I’m calling “All Day Pace”. At its core, it’s a collective of amazing humans (founders, VCs, executives) getting together to do hard things in wild places. A blend of physical endurance, discomfort, and testing oneself in the outdoors. After testing a core group of legends @collinrwest @perfectoNYC @jeffbeckervc @rostamzafari @isaacfriedmanheiman in the Tetons and the Grand Traverse, I will be widening the net of experiences and rad folks. I hope to do a few of these a year 💪 If interested, hit me up.
