A tracing exercise to help you get better at feet :D !! This is a step forward to understanding how feet are in 3d! After tracing some refs, try drawing some from your imagination !!.(I swear the step puns are unintentional)

Adding to this! Try using your tracing as your reference rather than the photo reference — photo refs are complex to simplify if you don’t know what to simplify! It’s easier to simplify a tracing :]
And if tracing photos makes your work look stiff, get better at tracing photos. Don't get bogged down in details and instead train yourself to see the broad strokes and forms. Focus on body language and not the intricate clothing folds.

I wrote Carve making sure to take my time choosing my words and punctuation. The "and carve" is read as echoes meant to represent the sound of striking stone from sculpting. It’s softly read to contrast the hard sound that stone makes when struck with tools.

I feel the need to say this. But if you want to go into art professionally, you actually need to learn the fundamentals. You can "guess" your way around lighting sure, but ultimately if you don't understand it, somewhere down the line as a pro you will struggle.
