@BizGuyWithJob @Narushioww it's a stacking debuff that deals damage periodically based on the number of stacks up to a maximum of 10, the stacks are reduced by 1 each time spectro frazzle deals damage there are effects in the game (currently, only spectrover's shimmer debuff) that prevent stack loss
