Trump doesn't assess his own properties for banks or taxes. By federal law, 3rd part assessors for the bank, and tax assessors have to do that. It doesn't matter what his opinion is on valuation of his properties. They disregard it.

I don't get this take. Have you ever owned property? Have you ever taken out a loan against your property? The value of your property has nothing to do with what you say. Your city/state decides the value of your property for tax purposes. All banks use appraisers to determine
