@amuse Yep. This judge is not engaged in good behavior. Which is the criteria for removal under the Constitution. We just need a nice straightforward process for engaging that level of discipline. And all these problems with problem judges will go away

I'm sure this judge thinks she has the power to do whatever she wants. That's the culture of our judiciary. That's the reform that you needed. When a judge goes this far, there has to be mechanisms to rain her in. I would argue she is not engaged in "good behavior" Ultimately, it needs to be very easy to remove judges who overreach or engage in bad behavior.
