Nothing to do with mental health. I believe this is due to parents not raising there kids right. Not having boundaries set to prevent things like this. Getting rid of guns won’t help but limiting the certain types and making them more difficult to get them will.

He’d have to be taking steroids just to get 4 pounds of muscle in 5 months. With no steroids and the fact he’s already built up. He can maybe get 2 pounds of muscle in 5 months legit. 14 pounds isn’t even humanly possible. I don’t even believe 7 pounds is including steroids
