TBH he’s probably smart to rent especially if he’s not wanting to live in Philly long term. Interest rates suck, not caring about maintenance, etc, lots of reasons. An NFL career is transient, and can change at any moment really & unless he’s planning on living there long term, 🤷‍♂️

@vbspurs I wish we had proper Cuban or mainland Spanish food around here. Plenty of decent Mexican stuff (and we like some of them quite a lot) but proper Cuban food is far better. Not really even in the same ballpark.
