🧶 1. This account has been posting recent clips of Dwelling Place Anaheim’s leadership school from a few months ago, including a recent highlight of Alan Scott discussing a team member who brought him an idea he didn’t like, specifically about actually pastoring people.

took down their videos from their school after it ended up on social media. But let’s keep looking at these clips from 5 months ago. Here Alan Scott degrades a member on his team to this “leaders school” who wanted to start a men’s ministry.

2. My personal experiences echo this pattern. On several occasions, Alan would yell at me in his office for just hosting conversations he didn’t approve of, this would be as simple as talking to someone he didn’t like. He would say statements like I broke trust

9/10 The church grieves your heart in the areas where you feel entitled and get to keep the illusion of blamelessness; this is part of the problem—You lacking any sort of responsibility or ownership. But the chorus is singing, and in reality, you are a cornerstone in the grief.

4. I would cry & apologize on his office couch while he would just continue to yell. In these anger outbursts he once said, because of his heart and compassion, he might've gotten who I was wrong and that I wasn’t a leader & wasn’t going to be involved with “bringing in revival.”

This is cruel and straight lying and deception. The normal human and Christian response is to be simply be honest & not make them some example in a “leadership school” hiding behind a pulpit. This is an ex. of how untruthful Alan is. He withholds because he doesn’t believe people
