Today was my final day as CIRA Ontario President. 6 years as President. 17 years on the Board. 10 resources. 100’s of workshops in every province. CIRA shaped my career, influenced my life and helped me become the person I am. Thank you to all the amazing people I worked with.

@calphonso @oscaschools Principals are not the ones struggling! Provide a better work scenario for teachers and see how that will change how teachers volunteer. Better yet, pay them for the extra work they do
