⟡˖ ࣪ trust
you have to believe that you will be able to reach your goals. if you think you're gonna binge, or stay demotivated forever, that will be exactly what happens. if you trust that you'll one day have the lifestyle you're aiming for, you will. it's impossible not to.

if you don't have a gw, set one. if you have a gw, give yourself goals (outfits to wear, activities to try) for when you reach that gw. you have to ensure you're not just delaying, but there will also, inevitably, be gratification.
