Mon 03/02: 04:45 wake up. 7 km sunrise walk with my dad. Egg white omelette and sourdough toast for breakfast. Huge grocery restock. Studying anatomy. Midday matcha. Sorting out laundry. Lower body Pilates workout. Ending the day off with a banana bread yogurt bowl.

Goals for February: Maintain 20k steps daily. A barre class once a week. Implement a stretch before my morning walk. Finish off my summer reading list. Increase my fibre intake. Bake a new tea time dessert every Sunday. Study 1,5-2hrs a day. Appreciate the last bit of Summer 🌞

Wed 29/01: Finally back home. 10km morning walk. Spent some time sending applications. Starting a new diet plan. Headed to the bakery to get some sourdough. Used the bread to make a chicken club sandwich for an early dinner. Baking brookies. Winding down with yt vlogs & rooibos.

Thu 09/01: 07:30 wake up and an 8km outdoor walk to clear my mind. Double espresso. Collecting exam results. Crispy chicken benini for breakfast. Got cheesecake to celebrate. Stocked up on some sea moss gel. Using the afternoon/early evening to work on applications.
