It’s true my dad has 13 acres of land in Charles County.He was going to give me some land to build on. But when my PopPop bought the land in 1960 to build it was only zoned for 1. Ok then it’s 2025 lets change the law cause evidently over populating Chuck CO isn’t an issue now
US Government is out of control This woman has 37 acres of land, “I just walked into the municipal building and I'm gonna put a tiny home on my property, and he immediately said, Nope, you can't do that” “I have 37 acres. There's plenty of room to put a tiny home. Nope. You can't do that. You are zoned to have one house on your property. I'm like, dude, my property is massive.” “It's my property. So it's absolute madness.” “Even if you own 37 acres of land, the government will still control your land. Did y'all know that?”
