The quest to discover the NEXT guy younger and younger is extremely detrimental to these kid’s real development. This is why you’re seeing more and more “under the radar” guys and International players pass these kids by as they get older. And it’s not the kids fault.

Turned—align your shooting shoulder to the rim, that way your elbow is naturally in, you don’t have to force it in. Literally every great shooter I’ve seen turns to some degree. Lefty’s tend to turn more dramatically.
