@Damian_UGC I just hired one last week and she's starting this week so formalizing that as we speak! Starting with the basic stuff (brand discovery, contact sourcing, list building, pitching) and will continue to evolve based on competency and scaling needs.

Client almost immediately accepted my normal rate. Does this mean I won't discount to meet an emerging brand's budget + develop new partnerships? NO! But past success is a GREAT TOOL 🔨 to have in your arsenal to honor the rate you know your work is worth!

Anyone who says UGC is easy is LYING! The endeavor is a grind. Shooting hours of content per day. While also writing creative scripts. And managing negotiations. While trying to find time for hours of edits. Don't let anyone fool you. It's A LOT of work!
