@bt_uk The problem is that it is so long and drawn out now that everytime he calls he has to start again. What you are putting him through is awful to watch

@bt_uk We have seen all this. You are seriously impacting his mental health. It’s outrageous, all he wants is his broadband back and today you were trying to charge him for services he doesn’t even have! Over 50 phone calls and your answer is to make a phone call. Shameful

@bt_uk He has had a complaint raised for him by one of your staff already and nothing happened. I can’t believe that in over 30 hrs of phone calls nobody has been able to resolve something that was YOUR fault

@bt_uk @bt_uk @skytv between you both my Dad has had to make over 20 phone calls in the last two weeks. A platinum Sky customer and 50+ years with BT. Now sat with no broadband and made to be a new customer. Disgusting
