This is straight fire!!!! Speaking truth, the hard truth. The victim mindset among educators can be damaging because it fosters a sense of powerlessness and discourages proactive problem-solving. It fosters excuses over expectations & indifference over making a difference!
It's heartbreaking when a building filled with millions of dollars worth of degrees focuses more on where a kid comes from than the potential they carry. That kind of mindset creates its own trauma. #RuthlessEquity #StartWithTheCrown
