Licensed Real Estate Agents under the Real Estate Board do not earn ANY form of base pay. We are paid when the transaction is closed.
Considering i have people who ive personally worked with that have a base pay plus commission on sales and rental, therefore you still have an income without closure, if thats not how it works for then I’m sorry to hear that 🫶🏿

I think people who sit and make theories about someone they've NEVER met and can confidently speak on someone's income they've never seen are INSANE.

The people that like assume you're broke or not doing well because you don't post it are INSECURE and need to focus on yourself. And me still nah go post my income cuz a that unno want. Mind the business that pays you.
Lol i think her ratio for viewings to closures are low because of her personality and not that the ppl them caah afford the place. Her personality on here alone really gi me that vibe 🤷🏿♂️
