Look at this schoolboy blunder by Lambeth's contractor cowboys. There are 8 boiler rooms, one for each block, all 8 doors have been fitted to open outward, nobody can get in cos the step is in the way, you couldn't make it up. This means we may have to wait days until its fixed.

Victory at last for the long suffering residents of Macintosh Court involved in the class action against Lambeth Council. At the 11th hour Lambeth admitted guilt, out of court settlements have been agreed. A three day trial was due to begin tomorrow at the high court in London.

Great news, Macintosh Court is to get new rooves, work will begin this month and will be completed by Xmas according to Lambeth Council, they've finally had to admit that our 3yr old rooves are crap and need replacing.

A pump in the main communal boiler room had blown, a temporary replacement means some of us get heat, nobody gets hot water until they gain entry to these individual boiler rooms and flick a switch. These new doors weren't needed, nothing wrong with the old ones, waste of money.

On the eviction notice there is a number you must ring IMMEDIATELY to discuss arrears, we have been ringing every day since March 6th. they never answer our calls or reply to our anwerphone messages, residents spend all day waiting for a callback.

The entryphone system to the estate packed up 3 days ago, the scheme manager stands by the door to let people in, when he goes home there's nobody to let anybody in, residents are going nuts, no deliveries, family and friends have to go away, sort it out Lambeth.

Lambeth seem to be above the law, we are still waiting for them to fix the damage and disrepair they caused in our homes during the botched refurb, Lambeth have ignored all deadlines set by the court to complete the work. We took them back to court, that case is still ongoing.

Fire alarms in all 45 flats began sounding around midnight, this continued all night and has only just stopped, Careline were unable to turn it off, nobody got any sleep, plus having no heating made it the worst night ever for the long suffering residents of Macintosh Court.

What a party, everybody was up and dancing, plenty of nice food, the drink flowed. We had a singer, he was very good but it was when he finished and the reggae music came on that the gaff began to rock. She said she's looking forward to doing it all over again in 5 years time.
One of our most loved residents is 95 years old today and there is a big party this afternoon in our communal room, the fact that Lambeth Council is ripping her off won't spoil her day. Local Labour Cllr Meldrum will be in for a rough ride should she appear at the bash.

1/ LAMBETH PROKOL SCAM. We have found out that ELEVEN Lambeth estates had this crap put on their roofs, THEY ALL LEAK, one estate is actually WORSE than ours!. In an FOI request last year Lambeth said only one estate in the Borough had Prokol roofing, that was us. Liars.

No heating/ hot water since yesterday, could be another 24 hours until fixed. Only 2 yrs old this must be the most unreliable communal heating system in the country, we have lost count of the amount of times its broken leaving old and disabled people cold and unable to bathe.
NO HEATING and NO HOT WATER here again today, it was 11 days ago that it last broke down, we were 3 days without hot water, this time there is no heating either.

At last I have a court date. We handed in our evidence bundle and injunction into Croydon court weeks ago only for them to go missing. It looked like we were going to have a mis trial before we even started. It gave lambeth the time to carry on. Everybody is welcome to attend.

I received this email from Lambeth Council. They say a £15pw sheltered housing charge and a £4.69 careline charge was not itemised. There was no apology for the distress caused by their balls up. The Lambeth spokesperson lied when he said we were sent a letter explaining this.

1/ Why is the Lambeth Council spokesperson lying to the press? and who made up this pack of lies? No letter was sent to any resident or the scheme manager explaining the nonsensical calculations on our billing, there was never a one to one with residents to ease our anxiety...
LC eventually responded to Claudia, it seems Lambeth Council cannot bring themselves to admit there are errors with their calculations on our billings, they appear to be sticking with their story that the figures add up correctly and there are definitely no mistakes...

The scaffold is still up so our lovely estate doesn't look its best, the rooves are still leaking, Lambeth have been unable to stop water ingress into residents homes. Our court case goes ahead next month, we look forward to seeing our friends from openhouselondon here tomorrow.

This is the first thing you see when you enter our estate, its a pole with sponges taped to it so us divvies don't bang our head or shins, the ceiling fell through because of water ingress despite being repaired numerous times. It's been like this for months, it's ugly, FIX IT.

No heating/hot water on our estate again today, boiler broke down again last night, the last repair was less than a month ago, we are well and truly fed up with this.
Boiler working again, man said it wasn't fixed properly last time, when we asked him if was OK now he replied "for the time being". There's been no explanation from Lambeth as to what they intend to do or why it keeps breaking, no apologies for the inconvenience, disgusting.

Serious flooding in several homes today, this is the 13th time this ceiling has flooded, water is getting around the light fitting and seeping through plaster, she is at her wits end, flat covered in ants, the water has gone through to the flat below. This was not the worst flood

BOILER BROKEN just ONE DAY after being repaired. It went last night, again our homes are cold and we have no hot water, our elderly and disabled residents are absolutely sick to the back teeth of it, I'm sick of tweeting about it but it's our way of keeping a record.

Last October I wasted 2 whole days waiting in for workman that never came. I was given this form by the warden, she laughed saying they never pay. Its just come back in bits, the Lunham rd office closed 3 years ago!. Lambeth can try to give me the runaround but I won't give up.

2/ The resident comes to see whats going on as more dirty water covers his balcony and windows. This is just a small section of the roof, its like a lido up there, the rest are as bad. To stop leaks they need to rip off the crap PROKOL and put proper roofing on.

Taken last July. Janet’s balcony was the only balcony that worked. They want to cover it with Prokol .Lambeth love Prokol. We will not let them. It contravenes the listing status and is a criminal offence. We will protect the other tiled balcony also. More vids to come.

Our brand new £1.000.000 rooves are leaking. Several flats were affected after Fridays downpour, electric lights in flats have been disconnected until the problem is rectified. The work began in March, they said it would take 20 weeks!, times up. Here we go again.

2/ Our local Labour Councillor found it hilarious, they recommend we use funeral savings to pay this never ending unaffordable increase, what happens when that runs out? Pay up or relinquish your tenancy we're told. Housing benefit/ universal credit won't help those in need.

1/ A broken water pipe leaks into the flats below through tears in the shoddy Prokol. We gained access to all the roofs and filmed them. Lambeth say our roofs are waterproof in their court defence, we can blow that out of the water.

Court tomorrow morning. Lambeth are denying all charges, they do not admit liability, which is half the battle. They will attempt to get it thrown out. The court lost our first bundle remember and with Lambeth being as powerful as they are I am prepared for a dodgy outcome.
