I wish I could play football but I can't. But I'm really good at having surgeries. Remember to breath slow-stay calm-hold still & always say thank you to the nurses. If they can't get your IV in after 3 tries tell them you want someone else. You will be Ok Blake!Your friend Larry

Tomorrow is my 104th surgery. I'm having biopsies on my kidneys cuz my kidneys are bleeding in me. I feel nervous but hope this won't turn bad. I want to know what's goin on in of me & praying they don't find bad things. Can you say prayers please? Thank you everybody. Larry jr

Im having an urgent vascular ultrasound at 7am at UofM cardio vascular center of lower legs. A couple of my toes have started turning back. They are checking to see if my circulation is slowing down. They told me this might happen but I'm still nervous. Plz pray for answers. TY

I always wanted to be a American Ninja warrior but I was sad for so long cuz my body couldn't do it. Now I can! Today I did my first competition! My body is getting stronger! I was scared & my heart was going fast! It was pretty sweet to do the tricks! Today was an awesome day!

Today I saw 2 of my heroes. I met @TaylorLewan77 when I was really little & almost dying at Mott Hospital & he cheered me up. I won @DenardX Robinson's shoes a couple years ago at a fundraiser for people with disabilities. I saw them both at the game & I am so grateful to them!

Docs came, saw & conquered. Pelvis abscess located-drained. Cleaned out fluid in abdomen & around lungs.Sent for testing. 1 drain placed.Took intestines out-checked 5 the repairs-Still intact. No new holes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for prayers for Bear. Off to ICU.

Last night I went on my first Bo Schembechler grave walk to Bo, Ufer & Yosts graves with lots of nice people! We smashed buckeyes! And we sang the Victors! I'm grateful for all Bo did for my hospital to help people & for all these cool dudes did for @UMichFootball #GoBlue

My liver isn't behaving. I've had lots of blood tests the last few weeks. I feel like vampires are after me. I'm nervous. My body struggles every day. It's hard to be strong & feel normal. I get pretty bummed. Then I remember how lucky I am & how much love I feel & I am grateful.

I am hurting so bad because last night my brother is battling depression and he tried to die he is in the hospital and it hurts my heart I don't want to lose my brother I love him my family is very sad and we cry I know the hospital can keep him safe and help him.

I'm sick. I have a cold but I am covid negative so that is very good. Today they are looking at my liver and kidneys at U of M cuz my labs were flagged again. I feel very drained. My drs keep a good eye on me. I think I'm going to be okay!
