Nice comments like these are so gratifying and make the hard work of putting a book like this together well worth it.
@contreraslegals, I never wanted to finish this book. What a great job have you done. The way you write the multi-layered plot is smart and thrilling (somehow creepy). I have no knowledge of legal issues and you made it clear and easy to follow. It is an impressive book to read!

@Desoxy64 Thanks so much for your kind words! I especially love that you're a non-lawyer and were able to enjoy the book. That was my goal in writing it -- mission accomplished! :-)

@RepThomasMassie With all due respect @RepThomasMassie, the public interest test is part of the ITC’s governing statute at Sec 337(d)(1) and the agency considers the public interest in every case.

@OrinKerr I gamify it by pulling names of lucky volunteers out of a bag, but going thru the whole bag before starting the cycle again. There are about 4 rounds in a 4-credit 1L course. I grade responses on a scale of 1-3. Passes are allowed for a 0 score.

@oliakanevskaia It benefits nobody and confuses everyone. E.g., is Cambridge University Press in Cambridge UK or NY, NY (where their US publishing arm is based). I usually use NY just to keep things interesting!

@Dave_Fagundes Reminds me of Howard v. Kunto (Wash. 1970), in which each house on a block is built on property owned by the resident of the neighboring house, i.e., everyone's house is encroaching on their neighbor's property. Developers can be careless!
