It doesn't, if anything the opposite is intrinsic to the constitutional order as the judiciary relies on the executive to enforce its decisions.

@5tephenRN @duckelectrician @micah_erfan Whether they are or not is irrelevant, the constitution is supreme, the rights of the executive power bestowed under Article II must be upheld and whether it helps or hurts democratic institutions and norms is of no concern whatsoever, because the constitution is supreme.
