@DrHoenderkamp @UKLabour It’s not our money, it’s government money. Perfectly straightforward to pay £1.4 trillion to both. I agree pensioners are going to suffer from Labour austerity. But all £s are govt created £s.

it's weird visiting european art museums because you'll just stumble across famous paintings you recognize and they're often just hanging in the museum like any other painting, no fanfare ran into this one while visiting hamburg in 2011

@BladeoftheS And the issue is ? Half of the ND is owned by the government. Gilts/QE. The rest is UK savings, gilts, bonds, other saving instruments, tiny amount of cash, money in circulation—and simply money that hasn’t been taxed back yet. No skies are falling.
