Normalnya memang 1x sehari sebelum tidur. Tapi di kondisi tertentu, bisa lebih dari itu, terutama kalau memang itu anjuran dari dokternya. Jadi balik lagi, kamu dikasih itu atas anjuran dokter atau kamu main beli di apotek sendiri? Ikutin kata dokternya aja kalau emang ke dokter.

Have a life. Get some hobby. Try new things. Go on a walk by yourself. Treat yourself some good foods. Hang out with friends on the weekends. There are actually so many things that we could do but sometimes we limit ourselves to what brings us instant joys (situationship, etc.)
