The Game Plan Now, we're starting to explore the concept of accountability. Quite often, this sudden realisation appears on the person in question when they realise that the event could have been approached differently - The Wise Owl vs the Guard Dog.

With this question, the person is now acknowledging how they are currently thinking and feeling, it can be very helpful to navigate conflict using a past-present-future model as we can get very attached and pre-occupied with the past!
