I played reserve football at Newcastle for 2 years. Joined livi and was a bit part first team player. I joined Falkirk on loan for 6 months and I learned more in those months than the previous 3 years. You have shown a complete lack of knowledge and respect for the Scottish game.
On colt teams: I think it’s highly unlikely Scotland will develop better players by spending Saturday afternoons - for an extended period - being kicked around lower league grounds. The standard just isn’t good enough.

In football. The bond you have with your teammates is huge. 20+ years after leaving Annan we still have this bond. We are still a group of friends. We were all there when our teammate passed away so suddenly not so long ago. I love football because I have friends for life.
