Look for opportunities to sit on pitches by answering these questions⬇
-What’s the pitcher throwing first pitch?
-Is he commanding secondary for a strike?
-Will he throw secondary in hitters counts?
-What does he throw when he’s in trouble?

-Are you SEEING the ball?
-Are you ON TIME for good fastballs to hit?
-Is your rhythm SMOOTH or are you sped up?
Coming back to these things will dial in your mechanics more times than not!
