@clerkie @LordPunkd Gotcha! Definitely at the make time for and/or find hobbies part of burnout myself then. I’ve always been active as a hobby but lately it’s felt more like blowing off steam than anything enjoyable. As someone who lifts for fun, I haven’t had a pr in over a year. Says a lot tbh.
