15 years ago, an abandoned pup with a gentle soul wandered onto the lawn of my parents cabin. My mom, who doesn’t even like dogs, brought her home after she kept returning each day. She spent the rest of her life bringing joy and happiness to our family. RIP sweet Sophie.

RIP to Ken Chinn aka Chi Pig, singer and songwriter of the greatest band to ever come out of Edmonton, SNFU.
An amazing performer, he battled schizophrenia, addiction and later homelessness in the final years of his life in Vancouver. I never met him but he meant a lot to me.
