Saw something that said: If you can’t meditate, pause between every sip of coffee. If you can’t pray, say “thank you” before every meal; and If you can’t journal, talk to yourself in the car. Show up in ways that feel good to you.

Whilst we’re praying for those affected in LA let’s also pray for the many inmates who are fighting these horrific fires whilst receiving just a fraction of the minimum wage and NONE of the benefits that professional firefighters receive.
