To me, this is just more proof that she is not the villain and she is not the antagonist. She's not some heartless woman, she's not thoughtless. She is a Queen in every sense of the word - she loved her people enough to be down there with them during the slaughter.

It just makes sense to me that the idea of marriage, after her one with Adam, might have given her possible anxiety, so she and Lucifer might have worked out a custom way of showing off their relationship. She is independent, and he is proud to show off he is married to her.

A sweet thought I have been having is how the potential for L&L to come back together is there. Lilith opposed the Exterminations, and now Lucifer's on board for redeeming Sinners. He wants to help save them. It's rough, but it's something. I think that was their issue.

Others have said it, but it makes complete sense for her to not have 'Morningstar' tacked on. It's not a slight against Lucifer, she's the first independent woman to walk the Earth by lore. Also, she is an enormous star and likely just has 'Lilith' like someone else said, Cher.
