@thezeiders @giantsreport1 I don’t think anyone is acting as if the process is normal right now lol. We fired our GM 2 weeks after the season. But in all reality outside of being more settled in not much is changing if we would’ve hired someone 3 weeks ago versus next week.

@giantsreport1 @thezeiders I never said it was normal nor ideal. You said by waiting this long we’re behind the 8-ball on hiring prominent FO personnel under the GM. Thats not the case.
