20 years ago I sat down in Coach Samuels office and was offered a scholarship to play at The Radford University. After my visit I canceled all my other visits and committed. Today two of my dawgs sat in that same seat and received that same offer!!! Proud of my KILLERS!

12u, AAU, Carolina Hornets I went home crying bc I couldn’t take Chris Paul’s starting spot. I told my mom I wanted to find a new team. She said NO, go take his spot. 1 year later 13u I was the starting PG. Minutes are earned not given. You wanna play go take that shit!!!

If your kid has no work ethic you might as well stop asking what can be done to get him a scholarship. The answer is nothing.

If ur goal every weekend is to get an offer then ur setting yourself up for failure bc the chances of that happening are slim to none. Instead, go out there every weekend and have fun and build a bond with whatever team you are on. Then if a offer comes, treat it as a surprise

the kid had 0 points in the championship game and had the biggest impact on the game. Had 8 steals and 10 rebounds. Told everyone where they needed to be on the court. Held ppl accountable for not diving on the floor. A true 💎!!!
