Coaching is challenging and rewarding all at the same time. I have been blessed to have had really good and committed assistants. Words cannot express how much I appreciate you all. Stephanie's has been a blessing over the past 31 years. Her time commitment has been impeccable.

Coach Kad gave a shot at coaching FB back in the 80's. What I learned the most was how to deal with losing as I believe we had no wins that season or at most 1. I will always remembered him saying," You can't appreciate the success without experiencing the failure." God Bless.
Coach Kadlec had a profound impact on Xavier Football. Not just his superb coaching but also his mentorship to all Xavier FB coaches. He was a one of a kind role model to players and coaches.
