The evolution of the double eagle flex from Canadian 12-man football to American 11-man football was the result of years of work between Dick Tomey, Larry Mac Duff, and Rich Ellerson. The defense was originally designed by Don Matthews of the BC Lions in the mid-1980s. #flex

@c_barrier @nnealey1 @WingOffNetwork Quasi competent…so you believe any half-intelligent 17 year old athlete can play QB? Believe it or not, most schools do not have young men walking the halls that can sling it all over with consistency and accuracy, but there will always be a few that can run option and PA 🤷♂️
