If your kid isn’t playing, encourage him to be a great teammate, work & compete extremely hard in practice, and have a great attitude. Quit thinking there’s a conspiracy theory as to why he isn’t playing. Sometimes the kids in front of him are simply better. That’s life!

Let’s be real with these AAU teams (especially circuit teams). If you’re playing 16/17u on a team and there’s 12 kids, somebody isn’t playing. It’s that simple. Not possible to rotate that many kids in. Stop chasing a team w/a “name” and find a place U can actually PLAY at.
