Call more technicals. The whining, yelling at officials, swearing at officials, needs to be dealt with. Mens and women's game alike...even high school. Set the tone officials.

- 5 points for paint touch 3
- 5 points for score off offensive rebound
- every shot in paint must be off 2 feet
