Using some 2x4s to help my LBs work on hand placement, hit & separate, and releases. Baby girl wanted to help paint them...if she wants crazy colors, she gets crazy colors haha. I couldn’t help myself from trying to coach her up a little bit.

Talk about a comeback story. Rheagan Schmidt had a major injury last year but her determination to get back healthy and dominate never wavered! She finished 1st in the Region. Set a new deadlift record at 415. And is heading into State ranked 1st. She is a beast! Proud of you
