What is toughness...Heart attack, stroke, coma, paralyzed right side, not able to speak/understand, 1/3rd of brain lost to permanent brain damage, but when life support taken off...live for 5 more days. That’s my Mom! That’s toughness! Thanks mom, we will miss you! Love you! ❤️

With a heavy heart I lost my biggest role model of my life this morning. Dad taught me so much about work ethic, respect, and never giving up. The only joy right now is that he’s where he wanted to be, holding hands with mom again. Something he missed so much!
