When you hear people talk about all what’s wrong with AAU, this tournament was the complete opposite! Reasonable food prices, $20 weekend pass, 1 night in a hotel, great competition! We’ll be back!

I’d like to state that Delaware played their State Championship at University of Delaware, NY plays theirs at Fordham. NJ has a ton of State institutions and we don’t play our State Championships games at NONE, excuse me the girls don’t.

Sometimes that’s all they can get. Some kids paying for highlights and barely score on the regular. And this obsession with scoring and forgetting the other aspects of the game should also be noted. You don’t see defensive stops in a highlight, rarely see blocks…
