High school coaches that dont have favorites still exist? The ones that just play the best 5 at the time and have a solid rotation? Do those coaches still exist? Or is it all relationships and politics based these days? Tough out here for these kids now days.

Be aware how you impact people. Strive to make a lasting impression on the ones that will elevate you to the best version of you. The impression you leave on haters is meant to level you. Everyone is not going to want you to be great.

Man why is ego over honesty these days? Why is it so hard to just tell people your true opinion of them? I am training my young men to.always tell the hard truth but do it tactfully and discreetly. Don't embarrass people to separate from them.

I am not EVERYONES favorite... Sometimes I rub people the wrong way. Sometimes I am sorry for that and sometimes I'm not. BUT I am riding for the people that ride for me and mine. We won't always agree BUT we will always be respectful in our journey to find common ground.
