Wouldn’t it be amazing if Harris wins and Canada enters the renegotiations of USMCA with a major goal being the creation of a North East HSR commission to plan out a circle route that includes the Montreal Toronto corridor along with Boston, NY, Washington , Detroit and Philly!!
