I can get close up to a supermarket cashier, but only see my own mother, weather dependent, outside her care home for 20mins. It's inhumane.

I'm not allowed inside. I phone for an appointment to see my mother, often there's no slot for days. I make a 4 hr round trip to see her for *20-40mins. They wheel her outside. Last time she slept the entire visit. Sedated?
