No, there are international laws, agreements, and treaties which restrict nuclear energy to countries, and only those who are party to the treaties and agreements. Arpaio was NOT a fiscally minded Republican. He spent more on less than the most left-wing, liberal Democrat. He spent more than other counties of comparable size without lower crime rates. He was guilty of civil rights violations, contempt of court, he destroyed evidence, and he fostered the most corrupt law enforcement environment in the country. You may say you never felt safer under anyone else's watch, but the numbers don't lie. You would have been safer in Sao Paulo or Bogota. I know I personally felt much safer in Tucson and most people there never even knew who the sheriff was. He just did his job without worrying about getting on TV as often as he could. I really like President Trump but he got conned by Arpaio too. He never should have pardoned that creep. I can't stand Eric Holder either but he had to prosecute him. It wasn't lawfare like Biden and Garland did to Trump. It was an open and shut case and every legal expert on both sides agreed. That's why Arpaio NEVER fought a single lawsuit for civil and human rights violations, because he knew he would lose. He settled every last one of them out of court at the expense of the taxpayers.
