I'd give anything to go back & be on a baseball team. I don't even need playing time. I'll sit on the bench & chew seeds, laugh, high five the guys playing!. Being a baseball player on a team is one of the best things you will ever get to do. Don't waste it with selfishness.

I grew up in a town with 3 stop lights of 3000 people. At 9, I played 2 innings or got 1 at bat on my local little league team. At 13, I played right field and batted 7th on a local AAU team. At 18, I was the best player in Virginia, signed at a power 5 school and was drafted out.

Side note to strikeouts being up. Just because MLB guys strike out alot against pitchers throwing guided missiles doesn't mean it's ok for you to strike out against Johnny that throws 78 3 times in a game.

To get your barrel to do this you need to figure out how to stabilize your Posterior Shoulder so that the torso can start rotating before your arms. If you do that then the barrel has no choice but to accelerate rearward.
